Concept design

Schematic design
Once the concept design is approved, we start developing a schematic design. This design provides a more detailed overview of the project, including the layout, floor plans, and elevations.
Design development
During the design development phase, we prepare complete details of the design including the materials, finishes, and fixtures.
Construction related
Once the design is complete, we will prepare construction documents which gets used by the contractor to build your project.
