CASAD provided multi-discipline 3D BIM modeling and comprehensive healthcare MEP coordination for Al Suwaiq Hospital in Oman using Revit and Navisworks.

CASAD provided LOD 400 multi-discipline BIM modeling and precision process coordination for the UF–RO Plant in Ahmedabad using Revit and Navisworks.

CASAD delivered fully coordinated 3D infrastructure models, detailed clash detection and resolution reports, and 4D construction sequencing animations to streamline site planning. The scope concluded with high-precision, final LOD 500 As-Built BIM models authored using Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

CASAD provided core technical support to the structural engineering team. Expertise included Revit BIM modeling and detailed CAD drafting of all complex, hybrid structural systems (wood, steel, trusses), ensuring 3D coordination across the project.

Casad's role in this project was comprehensive, focusing on the foundational planning and detailed technical execution. The work included developing the initial Conceptual Plan and Master Plan to guide the project, creating all necessary Detailed Architectural and Engineering Drawings for construction, and utilizing 3D Modeling for seamless coordination and enhanced visualization.

Casad transformed 2D AutoCAD drawings into a detailed 3D BIM model (LOD 350) for a G+5 residential building in Florida. Using Autodesk Revit, we delivered a fully coordinated architectural model along with annotated drawings, schedules, and sheet layouts. RUKUS 3.0 is a 426,746 sq. ft., 8-story residential project in Austin, Texas, featuring 215 units and a 3-level underground parking structure. Casad supported the structural engineering team with high-precision Revit modeling and CAD drafting, enabling seamless coordination between wood and concrete systems.
