    Yes. We assess existing structures for seismic vulnerability and design retrofit solutions — including foundation strengthening, reinforcement of structural members, and compliance upgrades — to bring older buildings up to current seismic code requirements.
     

  2. Which structural analysis and design software does CASAD use?

    Our team works in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, and Revit Structure, supported by RISA and MIDAS for specialized analysis, giving us the flexibility to match whichever platform your project or team already works in.
     

  3. Can CASAD's structural BIM models integrate directly into our existing BIM platform and execution plan (BEP)?

    Yes. We work strictly within your project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and exchange data seamlessly using open BIM standards (IFC) alongside Revit and Tekla. Whether you need automated shop drawings, data integration, or 4D/5D construction staging, our structural models align directly with your overall project delivery.
     

  4. Can CASAD handle structural design for industrial and heavy-load facilities, not just buildings?

  5. Can CASAD work to a specific national building code, such as IBC, Eurocode, or IS?

    Yes. We design to IS, ACI, BS, and Eurocode standards depending on project geography, so your structural deliverables are compliant with the governing code for wherever the project is being built.
     

  6. Does CASAD only design new structures, or also work on strengthening existing ones?

    Both. Alongside new-build structural design, our retrofitting and rehabilitation services extend the service life of existing structures and bring them into compliance with current codes, without requiring a full rebuild.
