Casad provided key detailed design and engineering for the rail bridge, specializing in structural design of PSC Slab bridges and robust Portal Type piers on open foundations. This expertise ensured the design fully supported two Broad Gauge tracks with high load-bearing capacity and met all stringent railway engineering standards and safety regulations.
Vadodara Mumbai Expressway – Package 11
Casad's role involved the comprehensive detailed design of all major and minor structures, including an extensive range of bridges, underpasses, and culverts for the expressway package. This encompassed specialized PSC Girder superstructure design and robust foundation design, ensuring compliance with NHAI standards and seamless project integration.
Four Lane Elevated Flyover, Jamnagar
Casad executed the end-to-end construction of a multi-faceted elevated flyover, including robust pile foundations, RCC substructures, and the erection of 25m PSC Voided Slabs. The project featured the specialized circular bridge at Saat Rasta Junction, along with 2-lane and 4-lane carriageways to streamline traffic. With stringent quality controls across all phases, we ensured a durable, safe, and high-performing infrastructure.
