Executed under tight brownfield constraints, the project balanced heavy machinery dynamics with strict rail safety parameters to ensure zero impact on continuous railway operations.

• Span & Component Scale: Positioned 12 heavy structural steel girder leaves, each measuring 36.90 meters in length, engineered to form the primary load-bearing spine of the bridge.

• Heavy Machinery & Rigging: Deployed a 500 MT capacity SAC5000S hydraulic crane, utilizing customized rigging schemes and ground-bearing capacity calculations to manage heavy lift dynamics within a constrained footprint.

• Precision Erection over Live Rail: Executed the entire lift and seating process under millimeter-level tolerance controls during strictly timed railway traffic and power block windows.
