Project Overview This critical infrastructure project involves the Development of an Elevated Road to seamlessly integrate with and provide access to the newly developed Surat Multimodal Transportation Hub (MMTH) railway station. The project, executed under an EPC model, focuses on creating an elevated corridor of 5.349 Km to improve regional connectivity, alleviate traffic congestion around the station, and facilitate smooth movement of people and goods across the city's main transit junction.

Casad's Scope of Work The role involves comprehensive oversight to ensure the project meets its objectives on time and within budget. Our scope includes:

• Project Monitoring: Continuous tracking of project progress against established baselines (time and cost).

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Detailed assessment of construction activities and submission of regular performance reports to the client.

• Cost Management: Rigorous control and monitoring of project expenditures and budget adherence.

• Document Control: Management of all project documentation, including technical drawings, contracts, and compliance records.

• Technical Audit & Quality Control: Independent technical review and verification of construction quality and adherence to all specifications and standards.
