Project Overview
Casad was engaged as a trusted BIM partner to deliver a precise digital representation of an existing bank facility in Landen, Flanders. The project aimed to develop a high-detail as-built Building Information Model (BIM) to support the site’s architectural redesign and modernization. Using laser scanning data and a ReCap (RCP) file, Casad created a comprehensive 3D model that forms the foundation for all future planning and design efforts.
By delivering a high-accuracy digital twin of the existing bank structure, Casad empowered the client to confidently plan upgrades, renovations, and design interventions. This model serves as a long-term asset, streamlining collaboration across stakeholders and reducing project risk throughout the redevelopment lifecycle.
