Project Overview The A’Thuraya City development in Muscat, Oman, is a large-scale infrastructure project requiring comprehensive BIM modeling for extensive road networks and wet/dry utility infrastructure. Given the technical complexity of integrating multi-disciplinary utility systems within a dense urban corridor, high-detail LOD 300 to LOD 500 (As-Built) models were developed using Civil 3D, Revit, and Navisworks. Specialized digital support was delivered to drive advanced clash detection, resolve spatial conflicts, and produce 4D construction sequencing animations, ensuring seamless constructability and precise final handover.
